Ordered shoes in the afternoon and got them in the post next morning
I was looking for a bag to match a dress. I called the shop and sent photos. The service was excellent and fast delivery. I would buy from here again.
Ordered on online late at night. Saw quickly that I had ordered the incorrect size. I emailed them straight away the mistake I had made and could they correct it. Next morning I woke up to an email that my order was dispatched. WHAT? How so quickly (I was impressed). Did they get a chance to even open my email? Gladly they did and all in my world was good again. Service excellence. Im in Retail myself and it's not often that online shopping has that special human touch. Well done and I will shop here again.
