Shipping costs on orders going outside of Ireland vary.

Our delivery times in the Republic of Ireland with An Post average 1 to 3 working days, depending on when you place your order. However, weather conditions, busy times of year or restrictions may delay orders and extend delivery times. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

We can't accept responsibility for any delivery delays that are the result of:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Periods of large volume orders such as sale time or Christmas
  • Covid-19 / Health restrictions in your area

For deliveries outside of Ireland and the EU trading area, there could be additional delays, taxes and customs charges on your purchase.

There may also be delays to your purchase and restrictions which are beyond our control during this global pandemic. We will notify you should our postal partners be unable to deliver to your country.

 

Delivery times can take longer but if you require your item in a hurry, please let us know when placing your order and we can best advise you.

Delivery

We aim for next-day delivery in Ireland, for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. However, this can take up to 2 days and longer depending on our postal partners, peak delivery times such as November and December and weather conditions which are out of our control. 

Anything ordered from Friday afternoon up to Monday morning will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday.

Saturdays, Sundays and bank holiday Mondays are not classed as working days by our courier service. As a result of this, all orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday.

Our chosen postal partner is An Post for all deliveries in Ireland.

The last day for deliveries before Christmas is the 21st of December for express post.

When we use An Post, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times on orders placed before 3:00pm will take on average:

Republic of Ireland: 1-2 working days on average.

UK: 4-14 working days: Customs delays, taxes and duties may apply to your purchase.

Canada: 5-12 working days on average .

USA: Unable to ship at present due to difficulties related to tariffs.

Rest of the world: 7-14 working days on average.

Please note: For deliveries outside of Ireland and the EU trading area there could be additional customs delays, duties and taxes due on your purchase.

Due to current difficulties related to US tariffs, we are unable to ship orders to the United States at present. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Delivery outside Ireland can take up to 2–3 weeks during peak delivery times such as November/December and during extreme weather conditions which are out of our control.

In the unlikely event that your order is not in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you if it is possible to acquire your order from our suppliers and the expected delivery date.

If this is not possible and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase. 

Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is missing from your delivery or you received the wrong item, please accept our apologies and contact us using either of the following methods:
